Contacts

I have a customer contact that says they unsubscribed. They never did. Not sure why this happened.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened with your contact! We would like troubleshoot further for you. For instance, did they open on mobile? Did they forward the email? Did they click any links? Are they opening the email on a work or home network? Any details on what the contact did when they got the email is helpful. In the meantime, if you have not done so already I would suggest adding back this unsubscribed contact.
