We never sell contact information, and using bought contact lists is against our ToS and email privacy policies, due to the unscrupulous methods they're usually generated, and due to their high probability for mass unsubscribes and spam reports.
I'd recommend taking a look at this quick video tutorial on organic list growth, and checking out some of the different tools we have available for that organic lead generation.
