We've been having problems with people randomly "falling off" our mailing list.
Why is this happening? How long will it go on? How do I stop it?
I can definitely understand how important your contact email addresses are! With that said, what exactly do you mean by they are "falling off"? Are your seeing a higher number of unsubscribes than normal? Are contacts not appear on your specific contact lists, but still in the total active amount? I have taken a look at your account and see no change in your contact list amount. So having any further clarifying details on this will allow us to take a closer look.
People aren't unsubscribing. They just suddenly stop receiving the emails. I've had 4 regular readers within the last month tell me they've stopped receiving. They haven't unsubscribed and I haven't deleted them.
It's not just with my account. I mentioned this in the Episcopal Communicators group on Facebook and quite a few people said this was happening to them also.
Hi @KimberlyA15. There are multiple reasons why a contact may not be receiving emails so it's a bit difficult to troubleshoot without knowing some information about the contacts in question. Please email communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information:
- Your username
- Examples of contacts who did not receive your emails
- Their email clients, if possible
