Convert a Legacy Autoresponder Series to a New Automated Email Series

I currently have a Legacy Autoresponder Series automation set up, and I'm trying to update it to the new Automated Email Series.

I have followed the steps posted on how to copy my current autoresponder emails.

I then went to Create Email Automation and then Automated Series. My trigger is when a contact joins a list.

When I click Copy Existing Email, none of the emails that I copied from the Legacy Autoresponder Series are listed. They all show in the Campaign section as a draft.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get the copied emails to show up in the autoreponder?

Hello @KimT462 ,

Does live-sending those copied emails, even if just to a list with your own email, allow them to be copied into your new auto series? You may wish to call in so one of our agents can perform some more advanced troubleshooting on those copied emails, live with you.
