Copied text didn't carry over the live links.

I don't need marketing help.  I don't market.

Why do the URLs in my MS Word text copy over ONLY as text.  The text is black, not blue and the links are removed.  First time this has happened in 11 years with CC, including earlier on Monday.

Hello @D.BruceB2 ,

Are you copying URLs (e.g. https://www.constantcontact.com) as simply typed out, or are they linked to actual text when you copy them over? Generally our system will try to automatically remove formatting when text is pasted in to ensure no complications from problematic formatting are brought in. This can include coloring, sizing, hyperlinks, etc.

Is there are particular reason you're constructing all the wording and text formatting outside the system, and not simply doing it from within the email editor?
