Not able to create a new copy

Hello @CarlD06 ,

 

Can you elaborate any further? Is the copy option non-responsive? Does logging out and back in, or through a different browser make it clickable? Are you able to click the copy option, and it just never loads? Is it occurring with all emails or just one in particular?
