I am not sure why for the past few months I am not able to copy my last campaign and work on adding new details in my newsletter. I called customer service before and I was told maybe my browser needs to be updated or maybe try using a different browser. I've used Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge and the issue is the same. All of my browsers are updated as well. Please help!

Are you getting any specific error message when you try to copy your legacy email? I was just able to go into your account and make a copy of your last email (CSC_Copy in the My Campaigns page), so I'm not sure what error you'd be running into beyond something connectivity related.
Beyond all that, with the Legacy Email editor heading into the final waves of retirement, I'd strongly recommend you switch over to the current editor sooner rather than later. I'd recommend taking a look at our Knowledge Base for its plethora of helpful articles to ease the transition to our current, mobile-friendly email builder. For starters, you may be interested in this article on transitioning between the two builders. The current builder’s emails can be copied.

You can also request to have your legacy template remade in the new editor by one of the professional designers, or to have an entirely new one created for a price. If you’re unable to call in, you can also submit a form directly to our designers to have a template converted.
