Copying the Reporting Data

1. I am trying to copy and paste the data from the reporting page to my own spreadsheet and it won't allow me to copy the open column. 2. The thumbnails are no longer in view and it makes it more difficult to find campaigns that were sent prior etc. It creates a new extra step to see the draft copy.

Re: Copying the Reporting Data

Hello @HowardA2

Question 1: To copy certain columns in the reporting page you will have to export the reporting into an excel spreadsheet and then you will be able to copy information from that spreadsheet to another. To export the reporting follow these instructions here. To export individual reports on who is opening your email follow these instructions here.

Question 2: I'm sorry that this has caused any frustration. I will relay the feedback to our engineers and hopefully we will be able to have that feature reinstated.

I hope this was helpful to you! Please let me know if you have any questions!

Re: Copying the Reporting Data

That is exactly what I did but was not able to copy and paste the row I wanted from the downloaded spreadsheet. It would not allow me to do it.

Excel paste icons.pngHello @HowardA2

Thank you for that information. I exported a CSV of your reporting and copied the open column, then I opened a new excel sheet and pasted the column in the new excel sheet. I did not have any issues when doing it. Make sure to hover your curser over the column letter and right click. Then select copy. Then go to the new excel sheet.  Hover your curser over the letter for the column you want to paste in, then select paste. You may see some icons make sure to select the paste option.
