I am considering reactivation but  per month is a big increase

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I am sorry to hear your pricing has increased. I understand that every dollar counts. For your account's security we cannot go into your billing details here in the Community. There's a helpful FAQ that explains reasons why this may happen. I also wanted to make you aware that pricing is based on the type of plan you are under and the amount of active contacts in your account. There are discounts available if you were are a non-profit or prepay your account.

 

If you’d like to look into your pricing further, I suggest speaking to one of our Billing Support agents directly. Here's a link to the best hours and numbers to reach the Billing team.
