Is there a way to find out what type of emails Millennials vs. Baby Boomers are opening and clicking more often? My organization is in the middle of integrating Salesforce with Constant Contact.
Would the simplest way be to pull the list of subscribers who have opened or clicked on the email and then feeding that list into Salesforce to pull demographic data?
Hello @JewishBayArea ,
If you have access to their birth years, or have a custom field setup for an explicit "age demographic," then you can import that data into our system for segmenting, sorting, etc. If you have an integration that allows data to be exported from our system to Salesforce automatically, you may be able to view such segmentations and data within SF. Otherwise you'll likely just need to export data based on opening certain emails and other criteria established in a segmentation.
