When this affects a social post's reporting, it means there was some kind of interruption in the API with the affected platform(s). Typically speaking, it's just a matter of resetting the API permissions, which can be done by disconnecting your social accounts from the system, disconnect our permissions from your platforms' settings, then reconnect them. If doing so doesn't resolve your reporting issue for future posts, please call our general support so they can perform additional, live troubleshooting with you.
