I tried the url and site ID and nothing worked

I apologize you're unable to sync your MINDBODY account as easily as you should! Are you receiving any error messages? Are you set as its owner? If you are unable to connect your MINDBODY Account with Constant Contact we suggest following the instructions in this article. Did this information from our Help Center help?
