Create a Segment from Your Contact Response to last campaign

Can I send a new (revised) campaign to the people on my list who did NOT open the last campaign? I don't want auto resend because I had to revise the campaign.

If you go to the originally-sent email's reporting for did-not-opens, you can select-all them, then go to Actions > Add to List > Create New List. This will allow you to quickly create a list specifically for the edited resend, that only contains the original's DNO's. Once you have that list made and the DNO's added, you can go to your edited email and send it to that list.
