Create a Sign-up Landing Page to collect new email and SMS contacts online

In the preview my sign-up and thank you worked fine. However, once I sent it, after signing up, the thank you screen did not appear.

Hi @MarciaS350. When the form is submitted, is there a blank screen or does the page refresh? Does this happen in multiple browsers?
