Create a Survey Page

With the survey page (rather than the legacy surveys), are we able to create or edit greeting or closing pages? And is there an option to link to the survey results, as there is in the legacy surveys?

There is no opening page for the survey pages, as they are standalone landing pages. The closing page that automatically appears after submission is an automated, standard message thanking the person surveyed. People who take the survey cannot see the results, unless you explicitly export the results as a file, and send that out / upload it to your Library and link to it.

Thank you! As a follow up question, how are we able to capture participant name info? Is it only possible if we send the link via a Constant Contact email (or include a required question where we ask for participants' names)? I would like to know the best way to determine individual respondents' answers, instead of just capturing anonymous results.

EDIT: As of January 14, 2022, survey results now have a PDF-download option, which allows you to download the visual graphs of your survey results. The CSV options will provide the text and detailed responses info still.

If you share the survey page's URL outside of a CTCT email, then the responses will be anonymous. When the link is accessed through an email built in our system, we're able to provide the specific contact's reporting.
