How do you edit the message response once someone submits your form on Constant Contact?

Hello @AnaH54 ,

 

When it comes to the pop up form, the consent disclaimer at the button cannot be altered unfortunately. That is a feature request and I have added your name to that request list. However if you use the lead generation landing page as your sign up form there is a thank you page that appears once they have summited their information on it. That thank you page text can be altered. I have inserted a link here that goes over our lead generation landing page set up.
