Create an email from a PDF

I'm trying to create a campaign using create from PDF, but when I try to upload my PDF, it says it can't read it. The file is not password protected.  Any suggestions?

Hello @Destination-Education ,

 

What is the source of the PDF? Does compressing it in the program that made it, or in a different 3rd party site/software, result in a file that can be uploaded to your account library?

the pdf, was created from a pages document. It's a small file size of 198kb.  CC says it may be on their end, so they are working on it also. thank you
