Is there a way to filter contact lists by tab visually on one page

You can use segmentation to filter a list by tags to get a drilldown of the contacts that match that criteria. When it comes to scheduling emails, you can narrow by tag on the scheduling page, or send to the segmentation if your account has over 10k contacts.

Hello William, Following up on your reply to Tricia.  If I schedule a mailing by Tag as you mentioned, will the Tag be reflected in the post-mailing Campaign Detail?

Yes, on the Details tab of the sent email's report, immediately under the Lists section, it'll show either "With Tag" or "Without Tag" depending on which filter type you chose, and then the tags selected listed out.
