Customer Service Calls

I had received a call sometimes twice a day from your company. After the initial welcome call, which is very nice, I no longer want to receive a call every single day with someone to "help" me with services. I feel confident that if I need more assistance I can reach out without being contacted every day. Some days I have been contacted more than once.
