My account has been flagged for review since we uploaded a batch of e-mails. I have called in numerous times and been on hold forever without being able to reach anyone. The CHAT function won't allow my question to go through. I think it's odd that you don't have a customer service e-mail. I would like to be able to schedule a time for Customer Service to be available and would like my account to be credited for the amount of time it's been flagged for review. Thanks.

We apologize for the long wait times, but it is imperative that you stay on the line until a representative is able to assist you. You can skip the regular support line by calling the Review team directly, which should significantly shorten the wait time. They can also address your Billing concerns if applicable, or get you over to the Billing team directly if necessary. There are also non-US numbers and hours listed if needed.
