Its incredibly challenging to get in touch with customer support - the chat and phone lines are not active during EU regular working hours and there is no other method of communication available.
Our account has been placed on review for a long time now and though we need to resolve this asap to regain access to the features we are still paying for monthly, this is proving almost impossible.
