Need clarification about our pre-payment plan's current billing notification. Unfortunately, calling ended in being dropped, and attempting to chat did not succeed because that subject couldn't be answered by chat. Terry Clark Catalyst People.

Hello @TerryC7 ,

 

Does the main article about prepayments contain any of the clarifications you need? If not, please reply to the @ mention email so we can discuss your account's billing a bit more securely. If you're wondering about receiving a monthly invoice after paying for a 6- or 12-month prepayment, we do still send those to the billing address each month so you're aware of your current billable contacts level, promotions, discounts, etc.
