Customer email address with an apostrophe unable to complete registration

I have a customer who was unable to complete event registration purchase. All the billing info would not appear on screen. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

Hello @PCCR ,

 

You or the contact could try to manually register without the apostrophe included in the name and email. Then you can go into the list of registrants and make the manual adjustments as needed. At the time this is the only functional workaround we have while our engineers investigate the issue. I'll make sure your case gets submitted for them to review.
