Customer service and account

The agent I just called was extremely rude and was not listening to my question. The fact that I have to call in numerous times to be able to use my own list is absurd. We are coming from Pardot, a much more involved and superior service, so a basic email platform (constant contact) and I am having to call in for every single step I am trying to make? I am not looking for a parent, I am looking for a simple email service.
