I have a deactivated account. I called to activate but wanted help choosing what plan. The guy on the phone just said "you need to go to billing" and transferred me. That was not my question. I had some questions about the plans. I called again hoping to get a different person and it was the same guy who said the same thing. Not very customer friendly. Clearly he was not a sales person there to answer questions for customers. Now you are making me find a service who will answer questions and not just send me to billing. It is our policy to have our Billing department handle all account reactivations and answer basic questions. We also have sales agents available to talk about the plan options in full details.
