We have a customer who has reached out with the following note: "I have twice signed up for your newsletter etc. without receiving anything. Can you assist?"
When I go to enter her address, I get the following message, "The email address ______ has previously unsubscribed. You can create a contact with this address, but you will not be able to add it to lists or send emails."
How can I get this customer back on the email list?
