Customize Email Address in From Field/Get Rid of 2 Addresses

CC Header.jpg

Can you get rid of the first email shown in the photo and the "on behalf of" part of the from field? In this example, I want it just to show "Infinity Rehab <>

I have looked everywhere in my settings to get rid of the first email address. I want this branded to come from the company or the individual sales people that I have added to my account. Recipients are confused when they see the first email address that is in no way related to the content of the email. I oversee three different brands under one umbrella company, so we have three different companies that need to be represented properly.

Hi @Avamere-Family

I apologize for any confusion this section of your email may have caused. This line of text is connected to your email authentication. The good news is you are able to change this so it does not show to your contacts. Here's an article from our Help Center with more information on the different authentication options available. I hope this helps!
