You can add custom questions, blocks, and sections to your Event registration form. If you're looking to just type out a list of stuff for registrants to keep in mind, I'd recommend a simple text block that you type everything out for. If you're looking to have them explicitly check off things, then I'd recommend a Multiple Choice question that allows multiple selections.
