I've been experimenting with customizing a standard Constant Contact email template and am beyond frustrated with trying to change the color of the Feature Articles background under the Design tab. When you click on the color button, it brings up the chip chart of color options, but the chart extends below the bottom of the browser window. When you try to use the keyboard arrow buttons or the slider bar to to navigate down, it removes the color chart. I tried several browsers at work with the same result. I even tried to decrease the page size to see if that would help but it didn't.
I'm teleworking today so I tried the same thing at home. I discovered I was able to scroll down the page only because I have a mouse at home with a scroll wheel. At work I use an adaptive track ball so I don't have a scroll wheel.
Can someone please fix it so that at least the window slider bar will work if someone doesn't have a mouse with a scroll wheel?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I can understand how important it is to easily create your email, and apologize this has not been the case. We have seen cases where the apply button for a custom color appears off screen and cannot be scrolled to. This is a defect we are continuing to troubleshoot and have tracked in your account. Though we do not have a time estimate of when this experience will be resolved, you will be updated when it is. As a workaround we ask that you continue to use a mouse wheel when scrolling, rather than clicking on the scroll bar. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
