My attempt to customize with my logo is not working when I hit download it doesnt stick ...what am I doing wrong? how do you save it to print it!

I apologize that you are running into that! If you wouldn't mind clarifying a bit so I can understand, are you working on an email campaign? When downloading that email campaign, is that when the logo is missing? What file type are you attempting to download the email campaign as?
