Customizing shipping for website

CC IT website Tech support does not know how to set up custom dimensions and weight for shipping products. Does anyone here have experience with this.

Hello @LisaB2104 ,

 

I am sorry if your last interaction with website builder support did not go so smoothly. Please do not let one agent interaction effect your view on that department as a whole. Constant Contact support is split into two halves agents that are trained and support email, then agents that are trained in support for website builder. So in order to receive the guidance with your products within your online store you will need to contact website builder support.  That team is available Monday-Friday:  11 a.m.- 9 p.m. ET and can be reached at phone number 866-816-5602.
