DO NOT OPEN

It say 22 items under Did Not Open, but I believe it counts the first line. It is misleading, because it makes you think 22 email address were not open. Actually, it is 21 emails that have not been open. Unless, I am missing something, this is wrong. I counted 21 many times.

Hello @roberts7321 ,

I took a look at the last email you sent, and it says 21 for the DNO report in the email's overall reporting page, and on the DNO report drilldown. It's possible that there was a slight delay between the overall reporting page's display when you looked, and when one of the DNOs did end up actually opening the email. If you're still seeing 22 displayed despite 21 being the true number, I'd suggest clearing your browser cache.
