Date and time do not show on registration page

The date and time of my event shows on the event landing page but is not displaying on the registration page. Everyone who registers is emailing me for the information and I cannot add the time to the registration page

Taking a look at your event, the setting to Show this information when people register for the event. was checked off in its Settings. I went ahead and turned it on, and can confirm it's showing on your registration form now. The checkmark box to turn off or on this option is in your event's Settings, under the When is your event? section.
