Deactivating Sign-up Forms

Hello. I am trying to deactivate one sign-up form, but when I click on Sign-Up forms, the page gets stuck on "Loading". I tried on Chrome (even incognito), Safari, iOS, but the same happens. I try contacting customer service by chat or mail but the pop-up window keeps asking me to log in. I guess this is all because I cancelled my subscription. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Since you're working with a cancelled account, please call our general support line so they can ask the security question(s), and confirm permissions for your account. Once they've confirmed your permissions, they'll be able to work with our higher level technical team to address the sign-up forms you need deactivated.
