For some reason our account was deactivated. Can it please be reactivated, for we have paid for another year?

Hello @RobynL263 ,

 

It appears there's unapplied invoices on your account, which you can see by going to the My Account page, and then looking in the Billing activity / statements area. You'll need to update your billing info to cover these charges. Feel free to reach out to Billing directly to securely ask any questions that are specific to your account.
