Deduction money from my account

I signed up for a free account on constant contact but yesterday  was deducted from my account by constant contact. I want to know the reason why.

Hello @user070673 ,

Taking a look at your Billing, the "charge" is a simple hold on your account, to make sure that when your particular trial setup ends you have the funds to continue using the account (if you don't cancel prior to the billing cycle renewal). With that said, you're also welcome to contact our Billing team if you continue to have concerns, and need to securely address private account specifics we can't through the public Community.

Hello @user070673. We're sorry to hear Constant Contact is no longer a good fit for you. We appreciate your time and want to assist you with your request. We have submitted a case to our Billing department to process the cancellation. This request can take up to 24 business hours to process. It is possible that Billing might need to reach out to you to review the request so we ask you confirm that your contact information is correct in your account. If you require faster assistance or have questions about your billing, please call our Billing team as we are not able to discuss account billing here in the Community. conta.cc/2BcQMt1 - Contact Support and Billing phone numbers and hours of operation Thank you!
