The default to populate the payment type on event registrations is a big problem for us. can you please make the payment type default to no choice? If someone registering does not select a payment type can we make it where they can not advance until they select a choice. Right now, since it is an auto populate that defaults to the Paypal choice or better the first option of our accepted types of payment. When that happens it takes them to Paypal and then they are either locked out or dont know how to go back and correct or even comlete their registration so they abandon it. Happens all the time. Can we just make that change or maybe even allow us to put the payment options in order of how we want the to appear with Pay at Door being first or auto populate. Please advise as we re desperate. it causes us to lose clients

I want to start by saying that I agree, the default should be for the payment option to be blank. While I can submit your excellent suggestion to our Product Improvement team, I must warn you that the Event tool is no longer being actively developed, and hasn't been since we partnered with Eventbrite. Since the tool is no longer being actively developed I cannot guarantee that the feature you've requested will be implemented.
Furthermore, I would definitely suggest you take a look at using Eventbrite for future event creation and management, especially since we've partnered with them and made it easier than ever for you to be able to pull your data from Eventbrite to use within our system.
