Thank you for reaching out to the Community! We may have had a delay in sending newsletters due to our scheduled maintenance that was advertised as a banner in your account. We haven't heard any other reports of a delay happening so you may need to contact your Internet Service Provider about this. Thanks!
I schedule my email to my class each Sunday morning at 7 am. Week after week it is changed to 8:30 am or 8:35 or whatever. ONLY sometimes does it go out at 7 am Sunday mornings.
I talked to services, and the young lady said she knew how to correct that issue and I assumed she did. But nothing changed. Either she did not correct it, or it is a bug in your system.
And yes, the correct schedule time is important for my time-sensitive emails.
And yes, I am looking around for a more reliable system.
My email is if you would like to let me know if there is a solution.
I need to know what you can or cannot do so that I can make the right decision.
We are not currently having issues with our system sending emails at their correct times. When I access your account I see that your last email was set up to send right at 7:31am and it appears to have worked properly. If you are not receiving your emails until an hour later you will want to contact your Internet Service Provider about any delays they have placed for your security. Thank you!
