Deleted Confirmation to resubscribe email

How can a person resubscribe if they have deleted the confirmation email and would like to use their existing email

If the unsubscribed contact is unable to access the automated resubscription confirmation email, then there are a couple of other potential methods that can be used. The contact can try signing up for your content through a coded sign up form or landing page sign up form. If they're unable to resubscribe that way, or stay stuck in Awaiting Confirmation, then we'll need to do a manual override of their unsubscribed status.


To override the unsubscription, you'll need to get an email directly from the contact's address explicitly stating they want to be resubscribed to you. Once you have that, please call our List Review team, who will provide further guidance and insight on getting the contact resubscribed.


Due to the legal and Compliance nature of unsubscribes, we do need to make sure a process is followed or a paper trail is provided for such contacts.
