Deleted a user and now I can't re-add them...

One of the users of my account was having trouble logging in suddenly.  I decided to delete them and re-add them.  Suddenly, it won't let me do so.  What can I do to re-add a user that I previously deleted.

Hello @JustinG257,

 

With users roles, we can't delete people who have had access to the account, we can only deactivate the profile. Can you give us some more information about what you are seeing? Thanks.

I was able to deactivate them, and then I was given the option to delete them.  I was just going to re-add them, but it didn't work.

What are you seeing when you try to add them as a user? Are you getting an error message?
