Hello @SteveH73 ,
So after taking a look at your contacts alongside our Tier 2 team, I'm wondering if you deleted the contacts or simply removed them from a list they were in.
Do you remember the exact steps you took when deleting the suspended contacts? Did you individually select them, or were they in a separate list or segment when you were attempting to delete them?
THey were in a separate list, under bounce type, showing all Suspended. I selected Delete under Actions.
Was it a list in your Contacts screen, or somewhere else? I'm not seeing any recent activity where you deleted a list. I'm also not seeing in any of your emails where there's been that many bounces of any type in a single sendout.
I'm not talking about deleting a list. I deleted those individually that were in suspended status. This amount of 590 were over a period of years, not any recent emails that went out.
So how did you go about deleting all 591 at once if they were spread across multiple sources?
