After each campaign is released, I get an undeliverable notice for two email contacts. However, neither shows up in any of my contact lists to adjust or delete. Any idea why such a disconnect? Thanks.

I have taken a look at the contacts you mentioned and it looks like they were removed today. That's why they now show the line through them. When you do this, it also removes the contacts from the account, which is why you don't see them on any lists any longer. Now that this action is completed, you will no longer show them on any bounce reports because they will no longer be sent to. Please feel free to reach out should you need anything else.
