If you'd like to cancel your account, you can do so through our Billing team. If you're unable to call, we can also submit a cancellation request ticket to their queue, which typically has a turnaround of 1-2 business days.
We can guarantee an account's information will be stored for at least 120 days after cancellation, after which it will enter a queue to be purged. If you'd like for us to also update your communication preferences to unsubscribe you from our automated marketing emails, we can do that as well.
