Delivery Issues?

Today May 10th, I have sent my normal email to the same contacts we send to each Monday and Thursday at 8am.  I have 4 dummy addresses in the various contact lists to make sure the emails get delivered.  Only 1 of those addresses received the email this morning. I copied the campaign and send again with the exact same results!  


Is there a delivery issue today? My normal open rate in the first 30-minutes is 25%, and today it's 10% ... I know my dummy addresses are not receiving mails but is shows they were sent.  There is nothing in my Junk or SPAM ... This seems to be mails that are stuck in Constant Contacts system ...

 

Please help? I was on hold over 40 minutes and got disconnected. Chat was useless ... need help

Hello @MichaelK348 ,

 

Today there was a network issue with one of the cloud services we use, which caused severe lag, connectivity errors, and issues with email deliveries for a time. The issue has since been resolved. If you're still having issues, please call our general support so they can investigate further, live with you.
