Design problem

In the new version I can't figure out how to get a Header or Content block into my campaign. I don't see where they are provided. The old version was MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY.  Where are all the options for designing and/or including  like there were in the old version?  You know, if it isn't broken, why fix it??? The old version is so much better and easier.

There's a couple different ways to add "header" style text blocks. You can add a normal text block and simply edit the text and its specific background color to stand out. Or you can specifically add a header-style layout block.
