Details Section Bounces Issue

Hello Constant Contact, Unfortunately, we are not able to access detail information about emails that bounced in our last campaign. When we go to the 'Reporting' tab and the latest email campaign and click on the clickable bounce number we get a malfunction message. How do we see detailed information about bounces in our last campaign? Best, Robby Wilson

Are you referring to the Subject AB email you sent? To view bounces, you need to navigate to the specific subject lines' reporting pages by clicking one of the available numbers, then switching the view to Bounces.
