Did I paste the Shortcode in the Wrong Location?

Did I paste the Shortcode in the Wrong Location?

I have the constant contact plugin installed and activated for Wordpress. I also use Elementor page builder. I created a basic subscribe form that I want to appear on every page, including the homepage. The theme I have installed, Astra Pro, came with a default form in the footer. I removed this. I want the Constant Contact subscribe form to appear there instead. I used an Elementor widget called "Shortcode", but the form looks horrible, not at all how I wanted it.Subscribe form as it now appearsSubscribe form as it now appears

Hi @DylanD63

It is however important to point out our plugin just adapts to the area that it was placed into. Within the form settings you can change fonts and background colors though, so that may help. But other changes need to be made to the website itself. Here's an article that shows these settings in the form design options through step 11. Does making these edits help? If not please call into our Support. We have agents available by phone who are specialized in this WordPress plugin.
