Did nothing

All the instructions allowed for was to connect to Constant Contact to add a new list??? Which I could have done from my account anyway. Need instructions to sync to Constant Contact. I would also like to know the cost after the trial - can't find that anywhere. Need the costs broken down to just adding contacts and the cost for the email connect.

Re: Did nothing

Hi @NormaN240

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your account! Where are your contacts currently saved? Knowing the program you are trying to sync to your Constant Contact account allows us to make sure we are sharing the best information with you. Though on the other hand, for your billing, you can see the different pricing levels under the Plans & Pricing page of your account.

This is where you can see your current pricing and any future pricing through our contact level drop-down on the right hand side.

Re: Did nothing

Thanks so much for your prompt response. I actually thought this question was being posed direct to the app provider. Sorry for the confusion.
It was amazing how fast Constant Contact replied and offered assistance even though it was not a situation on your end.
