Discrepancy bw browser and mobile layouts

Good afternoon.

I have a newsletter layout in which I have small images to the left and text to the right for each newsletter item.   In the mobile preview, each image is expanded to take up the entire screen and the related text is placed below the images.  It really ruins the look I'm going for.

I would ideally like for the orientation to remain landscape on a mobile device.  At the very least, I would like for the picture to remain the size that I have made it.  Are there settings I can change to allow either of these?

Thank you,

Nadeem

Hi !

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Our templates are built to be mobile responsive, and the layout may change depending on the size of the device you're using to read the email. The blocks will always stack left to right, so if your image is on the right side of some text it will stack image first then text.

Best Practices for Emails on Mobile Devices

Images that are 480 pixels wide or more will fill the width of the entire screen when viewed on a mobile device. If you want your images to display smaller on mobile you will need to make the image file smaller. Resize an Image in an Email for an Optimal Look on Desktop and Mobile

As part of our Professional Design Services we do offer one template that has non stacking blocks. Please give our Support team a call for pricing, and to set up a consultation.
