CC is so much slower now. It is not the "user friendly" it use to be . Bring back the thumb-nail of the promo's sent.

Hello @FlowersF. I am very sorry that your account is loading slower for you. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. It's possible that the connectivity problems you are having are the result of a browser issue. I do have a few troubleshooting tips for you.


  1. What browser are you using? If possible, switch to a different browser and see if you are able to work better in your account
  2. If your account loads faster in the second browser, return to the original browser and login to your Constant Contact account in a private browsing window. This helpful article will show you how to access private browsing (or Safe Mode) in different browse...
  3. If you are still having slow loading times in your second browser, we recommend testing your speed. We find that an upload/download speed of at least 5mbps helps to have a better experience navigating through Constant Contact.
